Bio: I am a 46-year resident of Alaska. Most of my work is wildlife and nature subjects, but the history of the Interior's Gold Rush era is an interest. Most recent work, a two-volume history of the Mt McKinley Park region, a culmination of 30 years of research. A reprint, Denali Journal: 20th Anniversary Edition, was released in 2010. Essay included in BonaFide Books' anthology, Permanent Vacation, 2011.
