Bio: Rebecca Morse grew up in New England and worked many years in the South before migrating to Alaska in 1990. She earned a bachelor of art degree in English from Furman University and a master of art degree in folk studies and oral history from Western Kentucky University. Rebecca worked in the field of adult education for most of her career and enjoys using oral history and life history in her classes and workshops. She taught high school and college level courses and facilitated writing groups of adult learners for many years. As an owner of If Only...a fine store in Fairbanks, she writes Martha's diary on www.IfOnlyAlaska.com.
