Favorite Places in Alaska:
Out the road from Juneau
Bio: Kevin's unabashed obsession with the English language is only rivaled by his unparalleled drive to enmesh himself with technology and the great outdoors. Hunting, fishing, and living in the great outdoors are etched in his soul. An avid outdoorsman, he has lived in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia—and draws much of his creative ideas from time spent as an Army special operations Soldier, Paratrooper, and Ranger. From blasting out of a UH-1H helicopter at 3,000 feet, to sleeping in a snow cave in the Italian Alps, Kevin lives the Ranger Creed and by a set of time-tested Army values handed down through a distinguished lineage of Soldiers—Rangers Lead the Way! Today, Kevin lives in Alaska where he writes novels, poetry, and historical pieces.
