Bio:
Lisa should have been a mathematician -- but when The Anchorage Press gave her a chance to document her outdoor adventures in print, she discovered that she loves writing even more than she loves crunching numbers. Now she's a full-time freelance writer, with a portfolio that's rich in outdoors writing and health-related work. That said, she's proudest of the unusual topics that have crossed her desk -- from notorious hauntings to Bollywood flash mobs.
